SCHEMATIC DESIGN
We will establish
the general scope, conceptual design,
scale and relationships among the components of the project to arrive at a clearly defined, feasible concept while exploring the most promising alternative design solutions
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
In this phase we will expand upon the approved schematic design studies to develop into detailed drawings, illustrating other aspects of the proposed design
CONSTRUCTION DRAWING
Based on the approved design developement, we prepare detailed working drawings and speci?cations, which the Contractor will use to establish actual construction cost to build the project.
BID, NEGOTIATION AWARD OF CONTRACT
We prepare bidding documents and assist client in the selection of the contractor to be awarded
CONSTRUCTION PHASE
During this period, we will visit the Site including the relevant workshops to check the materials inrelation to the dimensions and quality of ?nishes
